Nuo Xu and Katherine Rynard's long-read proteogenomics paper published in Nature Communications!
Huge congrats to Nuo Xu and Katherine Rynard on their co-first author paper, Long-read proteogenomic atlas of human neuronal differentiation reveals isoform diversity informing neurodevelopmental risk mechanisms, now out in Nature Communications! I’m personally really proud of this one, as it was our lab’s first foray into long-read RNA-seq and proteomics. Nuo and Katherine led this really exciting project from start to finish.
To celebrate the paper’s acceptance, Nuo and Katherine popped the champagne, and Howard Lipshitz gave a speech about the trajectory of the paper and the overall effort behind it, which was originally funded by the SFARI foundation.
